In Writing, we will be focusing on reading comprehension, as well as covering poetic terms to help with our weekly poem recitations and discussions. In Grammar, we will be covering compound verbs and how to diagram them in sentences.

In Math, we will be looking at the customary system. This means converting yards, feet, and inches. This will contrast our lessons this past week which have been focused on the metric system. In Science, we will continue our unit on sound with an in-depth look at the ear and how it receives sounds. We will also be covering pitch.
